Questions before you buy

Will it work on my phone?

Most iPhones from XS, Pixel 3 and Galaxy S20 onwards, if carrier-unlocked. Look for an EID in Settings → General → About.

When should I install it?

Before you leave, on Wi-Fi. It shows "Activating" until you switch on data roaming at your destination — that is normal.

Can I top up?

Yes, from My eSIMs or the app, without reinstalling.

What if it does not work?
